A good taper doesn't need an occasion. These are made for weeknight dinners as much as holidays, for the table you actually sit at.
Each pair is hand-dipped the traditional way, up to 20 times in filtered molten beeswax, layer by layer, until the candle comes out smooth and even. At 10 inches, they sit a little shorter than a some tapers, so they light the table without overpowering it. Each one burns cleanly for about 10 hours, with the warm glow of natural beeswax and a faint honey scent that comes from the wax itself. No added fragrance. Nothing artificial.
Our beeswax comes from small-scale beekeepers and is ethically sourced. We don't use paraffin, chemicals, or synthetic dyes. When a candle calls for color, we use non-toxic, eco-friendly colorants and nothing else.
